Murph:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
The Pullups, Pushups, and Squats may be partitioned however desired. Example: 20 Rounds of 5, 10, 15. The Miles must be ran at both ends.
I just finished a 31 day challenge where I did the Murph workout every single day within that span. This was a personal challenge to myself. On the final day, I did a Double Murph. Every Murph was completed while wearing a 20lb weight vest.
This challenge was not only physical. It was extremely mental. Everyday, Murph took focus and a great deal of effort. The mental fortitude to start the workout everyday was the hardest part of it. In the end, it was all so worth it.
