In this forum I will discuss what my daily workouts are. My style of training for the past few years has been a combination of circuit style training, running, some strength training, and stretching/yoga. i train like this because it is efficient and effective. It is also very practical for my lifestyle. for the most part, I make my workouts that morning based off how I feel. Sometimes I work out with people. my brothers for the most part. Sometimes I work out alone. But people often ask me what I do for training. So here you will see. As stated, I’ve done this style training for a while. So I’m quite good at it. with that being said, don’t feel like you have to match my workout length, reps, etc. you can always scale it, change it a bit, or just use it to help model your workouts!

Dictator style workouts are pretty common when team infinite is working out together. For dictator style workouts, there is one station that dictates the length of all the others. When the dictator workout is completed, all other stations stop and then rotate.
