In this forum I will discuss what my daily workouts are. My style of training for the past few years has been a combination of circuit style training, running, some strength training, and stretching/yoga. i train like this because it is efficient and effective. It is also very practical for my lifestyle. for the most part, I make my workouts that morning based off how I feel. Sometimes I work out with people. my brothers for the most part. Sometimes I work out alone. But people often ask me what I do for training. So here you will see. As stated, I’ve done this style training for a while. So I’m quite good at it. with that being said, don’t feel like you have to match my workout length, reps, etc. you can always scale it, change it a bit, or just use it to help model your workouts!
