Hey everyone,
Whether is be commuting, the gym, background noise, or just hanging out I've been listening to a lot of music and podcasts.
I am a bit drained of listening to the same playlists and interviewers over and over.
Does anyone have some new music or podcasts they've been loving?
To break the ice, I'll go first.
For music it depends on the activity.
Lifting: Heavy Metal (Black Sabbath, Pantera, Metallica, Slayer)
MetCon: Late 90s Rap / Mainstream Hip/Hop
Running: No Music or Headphones (Give it a try)
Commuting: Reggae / Alternative / Mix of everything
For podcasts its all over the board, but mostly history with a bit of everything else.
